How to Book a Session

STEP 1   Book and pay for a session below

STEP 2   Within 24 hours, receive a ZOOM Invitation email to activate your session.  Check the appointment details and respond to confirm that the information is correct.

STEP 3  Receive an appointment reminder 24hrs before the session time.

STEP 4  Set up laptop or tablet in a position, so that your entire mat can be seen on your device screen.

STEP 5 Load the Invitation email 15mins before your session, and press the link  to open the session.

TIPS ON HOW TO PREPARE FOR MY vIRTUAL cLASS

All the Virtual sessions are held on Zoom,  this is a great medium which allows us offer you an exceptionally personal and professional 1-2-1 session in the comfort of your own home, worldwide.

ZOOM  offers a free video  conferencing platform, which allows you to have face to face meetings for upto  40mins, without  upgrading the service.


To get the best results during your session we reccomend that you download Zoom onto your laptop, tablet or mobile  https://zoom.us/  


Goto   START A MEETING   then see how your video image would look to your instructor.  


Set up your   workout area before the sessions, at least 10mins to get the best value out of your Virtual online experience.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR SESSION

I recommend that you set up your laptop and  workout spot at least 10mins before the session.

  • You will need roughly about 1 meter space around your mat.
  • Lighting should be behind your device to give the best image.
  • Make sure that you device is charged before the session.
  • Try to contrast your clothing to your mat and background, so that the instructor can see you clearly


EQUIPMENT

You will  need the following equipment


  • Pilates/ Yoga Mat  10mm plus thickness recommended 
  • 2 small fluffy hand towels
  • 1 yoga block or 2/3 cushions
